happy Burns Night, everyone…

today, January 25, is the birthday of Robert Burns. traditionally, Burns Night may be spent at a Burns Supper, where diners may enjoy traditional Scottish cuisine and Burns’ poetry.

i’m not fortunate enough to be attending a Supper this year, but i am enjoying a small glass of uisce beatha. i hope the holiday finds you all well also…
